When Eminem took potshots at Mariah Carey on his album 'Relapse' in the song 'Bagpipes from Baghdad' he never expected Mariah to fight back.
Yet that is exactly what Mariah has done. The song 'Obsessed' form her new album 'Memoirs of an imperfect angel' seems to be Mariah's chance to get back at Eminem.

Eminem's 'Mariah, what ever happened to us, why did we have to break up… Nick Cannon better back the f--- up. I’m not playing, I want her back, you punk.' gets this reply from Mariah: 'It must be weed, it must be the E… Why are you so obsessed with me? Lying that you’re sexing me.'

Now it appears Eminem has taken note of this missive fired back at him.
'He's excited. His blood is pumping and his first reaction was 'This is war now' one insider close to Eminem noted.

'You can expect his reply will be explosive. Chances are he will demolish Mariah lyrically. I hope she is ready for his reply, it is bound to be a foul-mouthed tidal wave of rage. the insider concluded.
