The Dallas Cowboys have always been one of the most polarizing teams in the NFL, and as a result, counts a number of celebrities as fans. Two of those celebrity fans who have recently spoke up about the Cowboys recently are Miami Heat superstar LeBron James and rap star Eminem.
Eminem recently came out in an interview and spoke about his support of the Cowboys, a surprise since the rapper is Detroit born and proud. He is also a Detroit Lions fan but recently it was the Cowboys he wanted to talk about. He said that the Lions will always be his favorite team, but they were bad for so long, he picked up a second favorite.
In a recent interview with GQ Magazine, Eminem echoed a sentiment by many other Cowboys' fans. He said he has been frustrated while watching Dallas play in 2011 thanks to all the fourth quarter collapses. However, unlike a lot of Dallas' fans, he said that he does not blame Tony Romo. Eminem said that he believes that Romo will one day lead Dallas to a Super Bowl championship.
To add to his Dallas' geek cred, when asked to make his perfect head coach-quarterback combination from the history of the NFL, he chose Tom Landry as the head coach and Joe Montana as the quarterback.
LeBron James had harsher words for his favorite team. Unlike Eminem, James has always counted the Cowboys as his favorite, and regardless of where he played basketball, Dallas remained his favorite.

After James lost to the Arizona Cardinals, James lost it. He called out Jason Garrett for calling the timeout that iced his own kicker. When asked about the fact that Garrett said he called time out because he wanted to make sure they were set, James mentioned that Garrett could have called a timeout after Dez Bryant caught his last pass.
Since the Cowboys were eliminated, James has focused his football fandom elsewhere. James became a fan of Tim Tebow. He compared the way people cheer against Tebow to the way they cheer against him and said he hoped to see Tebow beat the odds.
Now that Tebow is out of the playoffs, I wonder who James will cheer for now?
